WAYNE HUSSEY (THE MISSION)

JUST AHEAD OF HIS SIXTIETH BIRTHDAY WAYNE HUSSEY, FRONTMAN OF THE MISSION, RAISES A DOUBLE-FISTFUL OF GLOBAL LIVE DATES, CULMINATING IN A SHOW IN HIS HOME CITY OF SAO PAOLO, BRAZIL, ON HIS BIRTHDAY …

I shall expect lots of presents and happy birthday to be sang to me at all these shows”… Hussey is currently writing his autobiography, due to be published next year, and the imminent tour is “a chance to get away from my desk and make a bit of music for a couple of weeks. It’ll be more than welcome, I expect, come May. I’m sure cabin fever will have set in by then”… In this new edition of The Mouthcast, with Hussey talking from his home in Sao Paolo, he discusses The Mission and more…
