CONSISTENTLY INTERESTING SINGER-SONGWRITER VICTORIA HUME HAS RECENTLY HAD A NEW SERIES OF SONGS RELEASED BY HIP SCOTTISH LABEL LOST MAP. THE SEVEN-TRACK CLOSING EP DOCUMENTS A HUGE CHANGE IN HER LIFE; A MOVE FROM LONDON TO LIVE IN SOUTH AFRICA.

The EP was launched at a special showcase gig back in London a couple of weeks ago – and, in the afternoon before the show, Victoria and The Mouth Magazine convened in the living room of her drummer’s flat to record two songs as a special ‘in session’ performance. Both of the songs feature on the EP, but this new edition of The Mouthcast ends with an angular take of SELL EVERYTHING and begins with a beautifully stripped-out version of WILD WINDS.
